Welcome Guests!

Matt and I are so very excited... we have guests at our house!! yay! Karrol and Becky have come up to visit us and to help Matt out with Jackson Hewitt. It is wonderful to have them up to see our home and getting to spend time with them is even better.

Jackson Hewitt is up and running and going great! Matt is working very hard and is really making some great ground with the business. He is working alot which means less time together, but I know he is doing it to better our future! I'm trying to talk him into letting me get a puppy so I'm not alone at night :) We'll see how that goes!! So...if you need your taxes done, I have the perfect guy!

Matt trying to kiss an icicle!! :)

We finally had to venture out in the snow to get some food! We had no electricity and everywhere to eat was pretty much closed! Rumbles~Tom~My Hubby~Hessler~Kristin

No electricty means no lights!!! :) Fun Times!

So Matt and I decided to have friends over on a Saturday night, and well it turned into a weekend snowed in! The snow began to fall and it just kept falling. Everyone was stuck at our house so we just had a blast and had a weekend sleepover! Even though we missed some work, church, and poor Kristin got her car stuck....We had a wonderful time! Oh and who could forget playing Catan!! Boys.......

Right outside our window! We got so much snow!!

Our Birthday Dinner

Surprise Birthday Party

My friend Nicole's birthday is on December 5th and mine is on the 8th. Well...her boyfriend Nick came to me wanting to throw Nicole a surprise birthday party at our home. I of course got really excited and got the house all decorated with our Christmas stuff and birthday decor. (Slightly overboard I would say) Nick totally did a great job of not telling Nicole and planning it all out. When they arrived to our house, we turned out the lights and everyone jumped out to surprise Nicole! It was wonderful!! Then a few minutes later the lights went out and here came my wonderful husband with a cake and candles for me! They got me too!! :) The night turned out so great, all of our close friends and lots of cake and ice cream!!
